Transfer letter Request Failure

Based on the non Afrikaans education in sparks, I had to ask for a transfer letter from the 10th of January, Till date 25th Jan they are rejecting to issue one.

They keep sending me a link to rate their services and stating that I have been assisted, They say I should terminate my contract which I did last year November ,

But unfortunately no one is there to issue the Transfer letter.

I am out of words on how frustrated I am ,as this is a school but they are failing to assist a child.

This raises more concern about the school in need future .

Spark schools communication is 100% Bad We are treated very bad.
