Transfer card

I have been dissatisfied with the service at Spark Weltevreden Park for some time now. The staff turn over is very high and the standard of teaching has dropped. I'm trying to get a transfer card for my daughter who I have already found space for at another school but all I've been getting is the run around from different consultants and only today did I get the actual instructions of what must be done to move my child to another school. I need this transfer card urgently and now the contract cancelation policy says that I must give 3 month's notice. They did not give us parents any notice every time a teacher left and someone else had to step in to teach the kids
