TOTAL *******. CLAUSE 9.2 OF PARENT CONTRACT

How can Sparkschools expect parents to send notice of withdrawal of our kids without getting approval from the next school? Now as parents we must be held ransom for withdrawing our kids from their schools network just because we did not send a full term notice of withdrawal. That can not be fair to parents because one can only send a notice of withdrawal upon signing acceptance from another school. now if that offer never comes from another school and the notice was sent out three months as required by Sparks, what must happen to my child? Clause 9 of the parent contract was drafted to favour Sparks but not the parents because there is just no parent out there who will withdraw the child from school for no apparent reason. Now as parents we must be held by the ***** by Sparks just because we did not give full term notice and as a result we must pay three months school fees for nothing when the child has already been removed? That is utterly nonsense and should not be entertained by parents regardless of the contract we signed. We as parents should put that clause 9.2 into test because the clause should be declared unfair and invalid. We cannot allow Sparkschool to rip us off while watching, no ways.

My kids received transfercards consisting of amount owed to Sparks whereas we have paid school fees in full.
