This school SUCK. THEY WILL RUN AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY

I pray no parent takes their child there. I paid R3050 for my daughter to be enrolled there 3 months ago and when i called a month ago to confirm enrollment, i was told by different agents that my child is not enrolled anywhere as after i made a payment, the sales consultant was supposed to send me a contract.

Furious, i asked for a refund and sent all the documents they requested and they told me it will take 14 working days.

I did not want to agree with the 14days. Anyways it is now 16 days and my money is still not yet refunded.

I spoke to Nwabisa at the timeand now she has been sick from monday. I spoke to Deborah (processing)who was going to cc me in her escalation of the matter voa email. Till now, i have not received an email. I spoke to Petunia(finance) she does not know how to assist me. The managee is always in meetings.

Spark school is a money making ****. If they dont give a damn about our kids at enrollment. How is that school supposed to be teaching your child?

This is the most horrible service i have ever received from any organization.
