This school is very very bad I mean a trash
I was excited to enroll my child at spark rand park ridge for grade R 2025 but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the registration 15 days later now they are telling me they can’t refund the fees paid for January,I don’t understand how because our child hasn’t benifited from them as yet.I do not have problem with non refundable registration fee, I want my child’s fees back We further ask if the fees can be transferred to our cusin’s account since his son is at spark randpark ridge, still they don’t want.

The team informed us that they explained that we are unable to transfer funds from one account to another, and we are also unable to process a refund in this case, as per the terms outlined in our contract and refund policy.
Our refund policy on our website and contract states, "The first month's school fees are non-refundable once you have signed the parent contract and the 7-day cooling period is over. You will only be eligible for a refund if there is no space in the grade and school you have app**** for after the conclusion of the application process."
