This school and the head office is a *****

I app**** for my child at the school they told me that I must pay 2500 and when I got to the school to view the school I just found that what they show on the website is totally different they have play grounds which the grass mats are just pure tar and they use flats as a school premises and now I decided that I no longer want to take my child to the school I called in the call center and they told me that the funds will be refunded within 3 workings days and that never happened than I called in again the same call center agent told me that it takes 14 working days which has already passed the name of the agent is Janaye I than called back again and this time they told me that I should send my bank statement of which I did that and they said turn around time would be 48 hours and still nothing has happened till to this date and I'm stuck with new school fees at the school that I believe is better for my child but I'm being held randsom by a company that cannot even transfer me to the head office I wonder if it really has that head office and now my child can't go to the new school because they have not refunded me so I can pay the new fees of the school
