Elisa Ramorwa is such an assets to your company, she is the only person that has ever sorted out all our queries that were sparks school finance department faults and numerous faults from double billing, not allocating paid amounts to mention a few. From my experience and my husband's the finance department is the worst in the entire organization. We have been sitting with our query as new parents from Sep 2019 and we have 2 kids at the school that started this year; and the finance department have been messing up our accounts from day 1 which has left a very taste with us as parents.

Elisa being a new employee, figured all the problems caused by sparks schools finance department. Taking on the responsibility of the problems that we brought up from when we first started making payments to the school. Elisa is diligent, competent, professional, precise, resilient, persistent and amazing at problem and conflict resolution. I hope she is one of the staff members that stay as you will have many happy parents and a problem solver in your business. Elisa is pleasant to deal with and I hope this gets to the board of directors. I know she is new at the company but she is a true asset and someone you need in your finance department and she comes with fresh and new passion for her job. I hope her team leader reads this and takes this further to the board of directors because losing Elisa would be a big loss to your business as a whole.
