I have struggled to enroll my daughter at Theresa park for grade4. I have called multiple times n waited 40+minutes to be answered and i was given bank details and every document plus proof of payment has been sent through but the email has not been rep****. My app***. I have sent multiple emails asking for my application to be checked but no email has been rep****. It's very frustrating that to be helped you hv to call n wait in a line just to be answered. Not everyone has contract or house telephone... airtime is very expensive. These has to be solved cz it's very inconvenient.
