Their service is very bad
I have send an application since the 16th of January 2020 and paid their January schoolfees, till today they still processing the application. My daughter has not gone to school yet and all they keep saying when ever i send an email is that they busy with the application. I haven't been able to do anything the whole month because i can't leave her alone and she also feels frustrated that other kids have started school except for her. Whenever you call their lines are always busy n they make you wait in their call centre lines for a whole hour at the end of the day nobody even helps you. I was supposed to be booked already in hospital since I'm expecting but i keep postponing thinking they will respond that she can go to school but nothing. How do you take 15 whole days just to check if a document is fine?
Please note that our enrolment for 2020 was open from May - December 2019 so that applications could be processed in time before the new year and parents can secure their spaces. In January 2020, we received a huge amount of applications and our teams are working long hours in order to go through all these applications. Unfortunately, the waiting times are high due to this, however all parents will be contacted and responded to.
