THE WORST ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT!

I paid an extra R2550 to spark school and I called them to advise that I paid extra and my daughter was leaving the school in 2021. I had already received the transfer letter at the time. They told me they will refund me in january this year. I've been calling them and they asked for all documents. I sent my ID , proof of payment and bank statement. I even received a reference number. A month later I received an email saying my ticket has been resolved but no refund received. I called them and they said I should send my information to Sihle Ngcobo. I did and she asked me to resend again but I still have not received any refund 8 MONTHS LATER!!! The accounts department is truly horrible and they tell you that a refund takes 20 days but I've been waiting 8 MONTHS. I ALWAYS PAID THE FEES WITHIN 10 MONTHS AND ON TIME SO THIS IS SO UNFAIR! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. IVE BEEN PATIENT FOR 8 MONTHS. I EVEN HAD TO CREATE A HELLO PETER ACCOUNT JUST TO REPORT THIS. IM HONESTLY TIRED OF THIS!!!!
