Terrible service-accounts department

It is so unfortunate that an education institution can be so disorganized and in in the process deny a learner the basic right to education. The account was unfairly terminated because of the mistakes made by accounts department, payment of over 20k was not allocated to the account therefore making it look as though there was no payments and as a result let to termination of account, after endless request to fix the account, we are now told we need to re-apply and pay application fee, but the mess up was from the *********** accounts department.
