Terrible experience with Spark Schools

This is the second review, I'm writing about Spark Schools. They are coming up with all excuses not to refund me. I paid using a credit card, they wrote me an email saying their policy doesn't allow them to refund neither on credit account nor on a different debit account. Does that make any sense? I am so fed up with this school!!
