Termination process a nightmare: RUN RUN!!

My child has been at Spark schools since grade R and now she is going to grade 5. But due to financial challenges we have to move her to another school. Last year October, Spark sent communication “Intent to return form” to indicate whether your child will be going back to spark or not, I indicated that mine will NOT be returning. Fast forward I called to request a transfer card for my daughter and I was told that I did not terminate the contract, when I mentioned the email they sent I was told that a termination of contract is a different and compulsory form to fill before termination. My complaint is that Why was this not mentioned when we completed those forms last year, additionally my form is conveniently not submitted (I was told maybe it did not go through)????. Now I am being told about paying for 3 months for a child that is no longer at spark ??? Why!!

I never had issues before honestly with the school and was even hooping to take my daughter back should things change. After this it seems like spark is only interested in exploiting and ******ing money from parents. I would not advise anyone to take their child there. My child is without a transfer card as speak. I diligently paid my fees on time from grade R till 4) five years no skipped payments and this is the treatment we get. Run run run very far from this school.
