Termination of contract

The accounts department for Spark schools is ***********, rude and never come back to you. My daughter was at Spark school in 2017 and 2018. I gave a notice in November 2018 about her not returning in 2019. It was acknowledged and I thought everything was in order. I received an invoice end of Jan and I immediately called accounts department. They told me I owe them one month fees because I gave the notice in November instead of October. I paid that one month fee and they kept quite until June when they sent me another invoice with another month fee plus stationery fee and interests. When I called again I was asked a lot of questions and they promised to come back to me until today. I'm very disappointed with their treatment yet I was happy the school itself. RIPOFF, RIPOFF.........
