Termination ****

We received link in September 2024 for re-enrolment to indicate as to whether your child was returning to Spark in 2025 and the due date was end of September. I indicated that my child was not returning to Spark in 2025. I then sent an email in October to let them know that my child is not returning. Later I received Google forms to complete, I submitted that form immediately. Few days later I called, I was told that I need to complete the Google form AGAIN so I completed the form for the second time. November there was still no response, when I called I was told that I will receive the transfer letter on the 17th of December. I received the transfer card on 22nd of December. To my surprise I owe the school R6200 for penalty fees. How? Just because I always paid school fees in time does not mean I have money.
