Termination

My son was attending school at Spark Midrand. I sent an email in January 2024 that my daughter won't be returning to the school. She never even attended a class, however they still billing for her which I don't understand as I sent many emails that I have terminated my child due to affordability and took her to a government school. Now, they are sending me statement of R20000.00. This is so unprofessional as how do you bill for someone who has been terminated and never even attended, what service are your billing on. I think people are not reading they email. Can the account department stop sending me those statements and reverse this billing immediately. Child name: Rethabile Sinah Kekana.
