Suspension of a 5 year old is unacceptable

I have very disappointed and annoyed and would like feedback as soon as possible. How do you deprive a 5 year old from school for a day because he accidentally hit another child with a bag as he was running and when he turned the boy was right behind him. Firstly my 5 year old son got double punishment. He gets removed from class that day so he misses lessons and he is again suspended for the following day. He has also shown remorse for his actions.

What are you teaching the child? This is the first time we are informed of such an incident. Had my son been in a fight i would understand the punishment but this is unacceptable. Every child has a write to education and the way Spark turfontein has treated my son is unacceptable.

I want this matter to be dealt with ASAP.
