Stilling waiting for our refund.

Spark schools refuses to refund our money. We app**** for grade R for our son on the 5th of December 2020, we were under the impression that the school was best suited for his growth. Following numerous emails sent out this year- the school seemed confused about what they are doing, they were due to open on the -15th January 2021 but Opted for a 100% remote learning. We obviously could not support this so we withdrew our need for their services on the 13th January 2021.

We have sent all required documents. Now we require our refund for the first months school fees. The accounts and admin departments are clearly dragging their feet. We’ve sent a number of emails requesting our money back. Instead they give us lame responses on how they keep escalating the matter. We want our money!
