*****ing our money

I went to spark silver lakes open day on the 5th of August and i must honestly say that i was impressed with the school hence i decided that i will register my child for grade 1 next year. On the 3rd of November i did my application online, paid the full registration fee and the school fees for January as it is required to secure my child space for 2018. I received an enthusiastic confirmation email acknowledging that my application for spark silver lakes 2018 has been received. My joy turned into horror on the 13th of November after receiving an email from their enrollment team stating that my child is on a waiting list for 2018!! how is this possible when the school has already received my money. To make matter worse they are still advertising that they are open for 2018 grade 1 enrollments yet they tell me my child is on a waiting list. I feel like this is a **** because they accept our money knowing they do not have space for our children just so they can keep their so called non refundable registration fee. Their enrollment team does not answer their phones, the school cannot help us! i want all my money back! to register my child to an honest school.
