Sparkschool doesn't deserve a star from me

I sent an email about a month or two after application and registration process to enquire about relocating and using the funds for the following year when we move back, I never head from them bare in mind when they wanted payment and registering they were responding and providing instructions even calling them and receiving calls from them was easy but when you want to cancel its hard you can't reach them. They are really like any business where you find all information except for the cancellation information. I think as parents we must get together and take them to court for ******ion because really they are just ******ing money from us. I had to travel back to CPT to go personalally to cancel the process same month of January I received a transfer card with no payment required and now in February the 20th I received an email that I owe the R1040 arrears for what exactly i do not know. The letter it's called transfer letter 2 for what will this ever end, or after that they will be a 3,4,5 and so on. I am tired of this big organizations thinking they can take people for a ride. I have already lost the R3.5k for the registration what more do they want. So to the parent that said you must atleast cancel 3 months before hand it doesn't work. They are a business that reaps people off. I even wonder if they give proper education to kids since they are only after money.
