Sparks Silverlakes, DISSAPOINTED!!!

I paid my daughters registration fee and one month's school fees, upon informing the school that she will no longer be attending the school as I have made other arrangements, I was told " Alright then" I asked if there's any forms or exit process and the response I got was " No we'll make a note of it" I followed up requesting a refund as my daughter has not set a foot on their school's premises and to date I have not received feedback or a refund. I keep getting the same answers when I call, no the system is down, the person that can assist is sick or let me take down your number and I'll call you back..... I am extremely upset and I want my money back ASAP. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because there's no option for ZERO stars....
