Sparks schools ,the epitome of heartlessness.

Our daughter started grade 1 at sparks in Rosslyn Pretoria in January 2020 precovid. Unbeknownst to all of us and 3 months later there was a lock down. We still sacrificed and paid school fees and transportation when the schools reopened and during lock down. We DO NOT owe the school a blue cent. In December we decided not to go back and went to a more affordable school for obvious reasons but Sparks refuses to give us a transfer letter unless we pay R7650.00 which is 3 months tuition because there was a clause I failed to read which says you have to give 3 months notice for your intention to leave the school. I never had the intention in the first place, the pandemic changed everything. I don't owe them ,I sacrificed through the year, did the school care where the money came from , NO, as long as they got their money......it is ******* to withhold reports or transfer papers even if I did owe them....thats the law and imagine I don't owe them. They are heartless and have no Ubuntu whatsoever....I guess they are immune to the virus. So you can keep the transfer papers and use them as a souvenir and show the new parents how abusive you are but my child will attend her new school.
