SPARKS SCHOOLS AND NON REFUNDS ON REFUNDABLE ADMISSION FEES

On the 27th November 2019 I app**** for admission and I immediately paid the admission fee of R3050 which R550 is non refundable. the admission was not granted. From January I've been requesting a refund and it has never been paid. I've been calling, been sent pillar to post. This is disappointing coming from such a big organisation. Sparks, when am I going to get my refund? it has been long overdue. I deserve to be treated with fairness.
