SPARKS FINANCE IRREGULAR AND *****ULENT
The billing department is absolutely frustrating, they have no indication of how billing works! They do not care for about the parents who send their kids there. Billing is 10 times more than the amount defaulted. SPARK FIX YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT !!!!!
