Sparks deregistered my child and has no mercy for existing sparks scholars

my child has been at sparks schools for the past 2 years, she started her schooling life at Randpark Ridge. They are very well aware that a trust fund pays the school fees. I have explained to them that the budget for the fund has reached maximum capacity and that the payment arrangements have been made, for the total arrears t be paid in January 2019, they have deregistered my child from the school. Now what i don't understand is that the very same thing took place in 2017, however my child still continued schooling in 2018, however now they have deregistered my child saying i need to follow normal enrolment process by paying the initiation fee etc for new enrolment. As a single mum, there is an arrears, why on earth would you put me in a situation to pay enrolment fees again, when i just made payment arrangements for the outstanding. i mean there is nmo logic for me to pay extra when my child is already a sparks scholar. I have emailed and called enrolments and the accounts department and spoke to a Tebogo Letsoalo who blatantly tells me that the trust fund didn't enroll my child and that i as a mum enrolled my child. this is so scary as its end of year and i have no guarantee that my child is going to have a school next year. I have emails from the fund, confirming that they will be making annual payments going forward to avoid such drama. Tebogo has no customer service, nor does she have compassion. am well aware that the arrears needs to be settled, and i have commited on email to this woman as well but she keeps on passing me over to the contract. Does a existing spark scholar not get preference. In 2017, i dealt with a lady called Sumaya from accounts, and she wore the Sparks hat and i ensured the arrears was paid.

Can someone call me please as i am at my wits end regarding my childs education for 2019
