Sparks Centurion,please note that my child was not safe in this school

Sparks Centurion,please note that my child was not safe in this school. I was at work assuming my child was fine at school. When I got home that night,my daughter was crying and very emotional. It was storming,her teacher was absent,my daughter and her classmates were asked to go out to the rain to another class. When they got to the other class ,the teacher informed them there is no space ,they ran back in the rain to ask for help,they were sent back in the rain to another class.That teacher was on lunch , clearly she could see the were soaking wet but she couldn't care ,she sent them away. This went on for a while. I sent an email and went to the school,the principal was busy and took his time but failed to provide feedback and the protocol for the school. He called once,I was in a meeting,I called back and left a message, he did not return my call. Because this was clearly not a priority because we waited for his response appose to lodging a formal complaint. This is deemed as gross negligence and inhumane behaviour towards children, I am sure the teachers would not do that to their kids. They chase kids from class to class in the rain. I am grateful to have removed my child from the school,I didn't feel safe after that incident. I am sharing so this does not happen to other kids. My child was very sick and couldn't go to school for a few days due to this.She is only 8 years old. I am a disturbed and concerned parent. I will never recommend this school to anyone.
