SPARKS *********** BILLING DEPARTMENT!!!
The billing department is absolutely frustrating, they have no indication of how billing works! They do not care for about the parents who send their kids there, how can i be in arrears for July when July has not even ended yet ??? SPARKS SCHOOL FIX YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT !!!!!
