SPARKS ACCOUNTS IS NON EXISTENT

the accounts department is absolutely unprofessional. They send you statements that make no sense and shows a huge amount outstanding, then a credit controller emails saying apologies you actually have a credit on your account and promises to send an updated statement and its more than a month and nothing. Call the accounts dept and hold on for several minutes, then the call cuts. Call again, get told that the lady Sumaya Kenny who TRIED to assist me via email is no longer in the accounts dept and has moved to Finance. THEN JOASH who answers the call says he will call Sumaya to the phone, and yet again I'm on hold.

this is so poor service guys, yet you guys stick to the handbook for every other rule but we must just sit back when you fault. This is a breech of your contract as i have a right as a client to receive correct updated statements.

Now ive reviewed your complaints and it seems as if I'm not the only person experiencing such poor service. Please pull up your socks because this is really frustrating and not to mention unprofessional.

I need someone to call me as a matter of urgency and correct my account. Hire competent staff
