Spark transfer letter and refund

I've been calling spark for my child transfer letter since the beginning of jan when school open even today i didn't receive it...ive terminated the contract also i want my refund for school fees that was automatically transferred to there account.. the not answering our calls all the department only the school that take our calls but the cant help us

I will never recommend anyone to sparks cause all the care about its money not our kids future
