I would like to report the daylight ******* that is done by Spark Theresapark. Last year I have enrolled my kids for grade1. Which I was told to make a payment for admission to secure the space. Then I was also told I need to make a payment for the month of January for both of them. Later, when I call them to cancel that the scholars will no longer come 2024. With the hope that I will forfeit the admission fee, then I’m told I also forfeit the amount that I have paid for January. Therefore, there will not be a refund for that. Which is not fair because the scholars did not attend in 2024. This really a daylight ******* we cannot operate like this, this is ******ion system. I’m not happy and disappointed
