Spark schools Tranfer

How I hate that we are still in week 2 waiting for a transfer from Spark Kempton Park to Spark Carlsworld. Today we are told that there is no space available when just last week we were told that there is space for 7 pupils. January fees and stationery paid - yet scholar still has no school, HOW is that possible? when the school is just next door to us a walking distance YET we are told to take her to SPARK BRAMLEY????
