Spark schools refusing with my money I paid upfront

My son was with spark for 4 years and I've been asking my clients to pay my money in to the school account instead of my account. Mid 2024 he was diagnosed with ADHD.ive send the school report that I won't bring him back. I deregister him and they calculated the cost and they must pay me back the balance. They have been sending me from one person to another. They told me that they can not give me my balance back. They want to give it to the client who paid on my behalf. They even deducted the money for 3 months even though I have proof and emails that I've send to the school. I asked them what is going to happen to my money they told me it is my loss.
