Spark Schools - Poor management

We were given an option to choose between online and offline learning at SPARK schools. I selected 100% offline learning for my child. The Spark Silverlakes principal sends email communication in the evening on Tuesday (19-01-2021) which stipulates that hard copy learning packs are available for collection only on Tuesdays between 08:30 and 13:00 pm or on itslearning (web platform), meaning we must print the learning packs with our own ink and papers whereas school fees and stationery has been paid already. It makes no logical sense to send communication about collection after the collection time has lapsed and not give parents an opportunity to collect the packs the next day, why should we print out hundreds of pages after paying the school.
