Spark schools mediocre accounting

There is an anomaly between teaching and their accounts department. I would rate the school 8/10 and their accounts department -2 out of 10, and that’s being kind. First they are inaccessible, secondly they just can’t do their books well. My statement shows a balance brought forward from 2021 when I paid in full last year.
