SPARK Schools is a nightmare with disgusting service

have been struggling to enrol my daughter at the lynedoch site for grade 3. I communicated with a lady from enrollment I sent her all required documentstion and was given banking details and have paid the registration fee her annual fees and stationary levy. Now I have sent the proof of payment there has been no communication back to me regarding what is happening with my daughters enrollment. She is now sitting at home and not going to school. I have been asking to be informed what's happening with my daughters enrollment, I have been calling and emailing various people and still have been given the run around. This issue needs to be solved asap. This is most inconvenient. I am gravely disappointed at the appalling service I have received.

I am gravely disappointed, I have been promised to be called yet still I haven't received anything not even an email acknowledging my concerns. I still dont know what will happen to my daughter monday, she is asking me when she will go to school I have no answer. Your enrollment clerk who was supposed to assist me hasn't rep**** to a single email since I sent proof of payment, but I was bombarded with emails before I paid the school. I am only receiving grief from the school and I expected so much from such a prestigious school, only to be left with egg on my face after paying such an exuberant amount and being treated like a second class citizen. If this is how you treat patents and their children, I will make it my duty to warn other parents about the horror that is spark schools.
