SPARK Schools Incompetence

I was informed by the accounts department that should I be able to prove that I am facing retrenchment, the "3 Month notice period" will be wavered. After sending them all the proof and verifying that all is in order, I was sent from person to person and department to department with no resolve. I am still being sent bills showing that interest is being charged on the account. the best part is that notice was issued in February that I am removing my child at the end of March 2025, and fees were settled up until this date, yet I am being billed for a full 3 months. This is a clear indication of incompetence of management of this organisation. I have requested time and time again to speak to a senior member of management, 5 months later, I have still not received a call from such a person. The famous words used is "we're escalating". I read the terrible reviews before sending my child to the school, but never thought I would have such an issue.

The worst experience I have ever had with any business, by far!
