Spark schools dismissal time

I fail to understand how kids can knock off from 2:30 to 3:30 and these kids are in primary child gets home tired, then you have homeworks as well and I'm not the only parent complaining. Other private primary schools that doing well schools close latest 2 pm which is the normal time. Please Can spark schools change their time this is not right and it makes these kids exhausted. I'm even thinking of changing schools next year because it's like kids are in the military.
