Spark schools - ***** billing practices!
I'm trying to apply for my youngest son to start at Spark Schools next year, but they're blocking me due to an 'outstanding' amount from 2*** when my eldest son attended. I sent a termination notice on Aug 13, 2020 (3-month notice), yet they invoiced me for 2 months in 2021. Their response? "A levy was incurred as notice wasn't submitted 3 months before last attendance" 🤯. Doesn't add up. Spark Schools: sort out your admin and stop penalizing parents for your mistakes.
