Spark Schools admin, transfers and accounts is the pits!!!

I am having a terrible experience with Spark. I entered into a payment arrangement and paid over 80 percent of the outstanding fees and stated i would pay the remainder at the end of june. I then got a new job and asked for a transfer which they have denied pending an arrangement with accounts. The accounts team is refusing and denying our arrangement. What must i do with my minor children????? it is not like i have not been paying however Spark is denying me from taking a new job and further from my children living with me
