Spark schools' admin processes are simply disgusting

Disgusting admin processes! Spark only cares about you paying the fees and that's it. And it's such a shame because the teachers are amazing until one needs assistance with admin issues. Terminated my contract in April and I'm still waiting for assistance in August. They don't respond to emails and you're lucky if someone answers the phone. A mess, very frustrating
