Spark schools accounts department is incompetence

I am very disgusted with the accounts team. I have been incorrectly charged for aftercare that my son has never attended . They are sending me a ''signed documents'' which has my nick name on it, claiming I signed it. They are ignoring my request for the call records from January till to-date and I am being billed for aftercare I did not assign too. Tashni who is the accounts manager is very incompetence in her work and gathering all the facts regarding my issue, I have sent her receipts of the aftercare my son has been attending since January 2023 with no updated statement and today I find out from Nthabiseng that my son has been attending Spark school since last year in another campus ,whereas my son was still residing in Durban in 2022. I am annoyed with Spark and would never refer any parents to take the children to Spark!
