Spark schools accounts department complaint

I had initially registered 2 kids at the school Bontle Juliet Moerane and Thato Mateza. Thato is my son currently in grd5. Last year in April Bontle's dad signed a new contract to take over the responsibility and all this was confirmed I was dealing with a lady by the name of Nokuthula at the time. She confirmed that the account will be moved over to the dad and removed from my account and that never happened but I continued to pay for my child although there was one or 2 months outstanding by the end of the year. The entire year last year I struggled to get the matter resolved even went to the offices twice and was assisted by Edward who kept on telling he's busy getting the matter resolved but failed.Come beginning of 2020 both kids were deregistered because of outstanding fees however the huge amount outstanding was Bontle who was no longer my responsibility. I then had to register Thato again and pay outstanding fees for him 2019 and pay registration for 2020 and pay for the month of Jan. This meant that I had a new account only in Thato's name and was assured that the matter is resolved and that they would take up the matter of the outstanding fees for Bontle with his dad. Yesterday I phoned to request for a statement as I wanted to pay outstanding fees for Thato for this year and to my surprise I saw this huge balance and an amount of R13000 which I'm not aware of and when I questioned it I was told I have 2 kids at the school. I was first told the other child is at night school and I'm billed for the wrong child that's when I narrated the strory of Bontle to Terene and she told me she would investigate and come back to me, up until now I'm still waiting for her call. Every time I need to keep calling going to your offices and nothing ever gets resolved. Hence I'm now considering taking my child out of this school I'm actually looking for another school as we speak. The accounts department at spark is a disaster. I also keep getting statements with References no's that I don't even know during the course of the year. Meaning they belong to other people. I'm just fed up
