SPARK Schools Accounts Department are truly a NIGHTMARE!!

I now understand why the accounts department is getting negative reviews all over social media. I since called twice to ask them to confirm that I have paid my son's Grade R tuition fees in full and on both occasions the person took down my details and said they'll call me back.. (Never did.). That was in August.

Today, Dec 21st I got a 2 paged statement that has an amount due of R8,150.00.. and other payments I made missing from it, which has me confused. I tried calling but their line cuts/gets dropped when I am first in line. Went on their Facebook page and another lady described the same issue.

Ended up sending an Email and attaching my proof of payments which total the R25,500 (Annual 2020 tuition fee) excluding the registration R500/stationary 610 fees.
