Spark schools accounts department

So i enrolled my child for grade 1 this year at spark rosslyn hub,i did this last year,i paid the registration fee and the january school fees,but things on my side did not go as planned as ive had to move from where i live,making it a problem as my child cant attend at rosslyn hub anymore,i have requested my money back for the january but with no help,ive emailed my POP twice already and they keep saying they will get back to me,talk about being useless and unproffesional from spark schools,now i have to seek legal help.this school seeks to gain money in whatever way they can,they try to drag the whole thing so i can give up,but i wont.
