Spark schools account center is the worst

I'm very disappointed with spark account department I payed for my son's account in advance last yr and now they r telling me that I owe more than r10 000 whats worse is that I've been trying to contact them and today I waited for more than hour and I didn't get any help. I just waited my airtime and time even last week it was th e same thing spark account is the worst
