Spark Schools abuse of children right to basic education

I have experience the most cruel treatment from Spark Schools, this treatment has affected my child drastically. Just before schools reopened l went to fetch the child's plack card as we where told as parents via email to do so. On arrival at the school only to learn that my child who is going to Grade 7 has been terminated by the school and she is not on the list for 2020. The Spark Fendale advice that l call Headoffice accounts as they also dont know why, I called their account and one arrogant lady answered and told me that yes my child is not on their list bcs l ow school fees for 2019. I asked why was this debt not communicated to me in 2019? and she told me they have been sending email to parents and clearly they send my communication to a wrong email address. I told her that l do received emails from spark schools always and why not this one? Why did their accounts intentionally used a wrong email address and have guts to terminate my child without proper debt collection process. Arrogantly she told me it's in my contract. To cut the fight between me and her l requested how much l ow, l paid the amount and the following day l took the child to school. On arrival at the school, my child was still not on the list, l called their head office again they told me l must speak to registration. l called their registration and l spoke to one *********** lady who kept on asking her manager what must she do with my case. She promised to call back and she did call back and told me everything it's ok l must bring the child to school the next day.

I took the child to school again, when l arrived my child was still not in the list. I was adviced by the school administrator to call head office again, another lady attend to my issue and told me whoever l spoke to yesterday gave me wrong information l still need to reapply to get space in 2020, patiently l left the school and went and collected all those documents they wanted and send them to this new lady.

Then l waited not knowing what to do as the school administrator said she cant help me until their Headoffice gives a go ahead. I send am email to the head office lady wanting to know what must l do? Schools have reopened and my child is at home. She send me and email and told me it will take maximum 5 days for the school to send me a contract which l must sign and send back before the child can got to school. What l do not understand is l have paid everything to them, why cant my child attend schools meanwhile they sort their mess out? Why must my child stay at home because someone will get into my contract in 5 days? Why is this my childs problem or mine?

I am so angry that how can government allow private schools, which have turned into business to abuse the right of our kids "a basic right to education"?

I did everything they wanted me to do, yet they keep putting their incompetence before my child's right to education.

I do not ow them, l paid everything including 2020 Jan registration and school fees. Now my child must not go to school for another 5 days while they sort their s...t out?

Can someone help me to understand, they have a complaints section on their website. I did complain and l was told a consultant will call me, day 5 l am still waiting.

I want to know why is government allowing such abuse, these schools are doing this because they know they will get away with this.

Can someone answer me, a number of parents have complained, a lot of parents, why is the Minister not intervening. Spark Schools is a huge network of schools nationwide, big enough for Minister of basic education to assist.
