Spark school statement

Sparks schools accounts department is in shambles they tried fixing it by letting us send our aggrievances to him but still no work through and all this for one department makes me wonder whether the school is really legitimate.

I have been billed double from last year May and my statement shows that i have an outstanding amount i sent through all the bank statements proving payments for all these time and was informed that the statement will be updated but nothing i contact the daily and the send me emails that the issue has been resolved but nothing, this is tiresome
