Spark school refund

You can call and email them but they will never get back to you. I send them a lot of emails and no one rep****. I called after holding for so long and the had to transfer me, when I have reached the top part they tell me the person that deals with refunds is not in yet can we take your details and we will call you back. It’s been over a week since they said that. I called again the next day I got cut when I was number 1. I want my refund back. I hope this you see and act accordingly.
