Spark school nonexistant service

Wouldn't recommend this school to my enemies..

Enrolled my child last year for grade 1 and they placed her in grade R.. I tried throughout December and January to rectify the issue.. I was advised to email them and they never responded.. I was constantly calling for assistance and told I'd be called back but nobody called.. The day before school started I still heard no contact so I eventually got through to a lady that very quickly rectified the issue over the phone... I was advised that I must make the rest of the payment and wait for my contract to be emailed else my child won't be accepted or placed into a school.. Checked my emails and recieved no contract.. 3 days go by so I decided enough is enough. I asked for my money back and returned the uniform... it's now week 2 and still no refund.. I get the same generic emails asking for statements and emails (all the stuff they have already as I sent it in December when enrolling)... I have explained to them over and over that they have this already from last month and sent the proof of payments... still no money.. spoke to another lady who advised they will once again call me back and well... still waiting for the call.....

Absolutely SHOCKING SERVICE!!! Schooling is stressful enough for a parent and this school just adds to that stress.. Nobody knows what is going on and everyone seems to want to apologize for this ordeal but nobody seems to want to assist....
