Spark School is Greedy and *********

I registered my son for grade 1 for 2022 academic year. I was advised that they quickly running out of space and there would be no guaranteed space unless I pay approximately R2800 by or before end of Oct which included Jan tuition fees and Reg Fees. I paid as I had every intention for my son to go to school there.

In Nov 2021, I informed them that my life circumstances had changed drastically changed and I could no.longer afford sending my son to a "private" school. I provided them with the proof aas required.

They are still refusing to refund the January Tuition and this doesn't make sense. How can I be expected to pay for tuition where as my son will not be going to the school. I understand them not refunding the R400+ reg fee, but the Jan tuition is mine and they are NOT entitled to it.

I want my money.
